Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Data Platform team .
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building data infrastructure that solves real-world healthcare problems, not just moving data from one system to another.
What makes this role interesting?
You'll own major engineering workstreams end to end, designing, building, and operating production-grade data pipelines and warehouse infrastructure that power healthcare technology and revenue cycle management.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience building and operating production data systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and advanced SQL.
• Experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouses.
• Data orchestration experience with Temporal, Airflow, Prefect, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, pipeline reliability, backfills, idempotency, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS, dbt/SQLMesh, and observability tools such as Datadog is valuable.
Healthcare domain experience is particularly important.
We're especially interested in engineers coming from healthcare technology, RCM, medical billing, claims automation, healthcare AI, or EHR integration companies.
Experience with Epic Clarity, athenahealth, HL7/FHIR, claims data (837/835), and HIPAA-regulated environments will be a strong advantage.

Someone who enjoys taking ownership, making architecture decisions, building foundational systems, solving complex data challenges, and remaining hands-on in production.
Experience in an early-stage or growth-stage healthcare technology company is highly desirable.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $190 K to $210 K per year with Bonus. Employee benefits will also be available, and details are available like Pension/401K/ Paid Vacation/ Life, Medical & Dental insurance etc.
