As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a retail distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and assist with badge and access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):Candidates must have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols and procedures related to employee access.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

• Loss Prevention (B210):Candidates must have knowledge or experience in loss prevention strategies and practices. This includes understanding theft prevention measures and the ability to identify potential security risks.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout distribution, warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, including unsecured doors, damaged property, suspicious activity, and traffic concerns around the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
