Telemetry Unit-3P2The Telemetry floor provides a solid cardiac foundation and is a 30-bed Cardiac Progressive Care Unit caring for patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessment. Typical patients may include those recovering from surgery, patients with stable cardiac conditions, respiratory illnesses requiring non-invasive ventilation, or patients transitioning from the ICU who still require significant medical oversight. Patients often require specialized nursing care, advanced monitoring, and complex medication regimens to support recovery and prevent complications. We are looking for CNA certification or previous PCT experience.
🕙 This position is a full-time Night shift working 3-12 hour shifts from 6:00 PM–6:30 AM.
📅 We offer self-scheduling for shift and weekend coverage. Scheduled workdays may vary, as there are no set or fixed days. Weekend and Holiday Rotations are required in this role. Weekend shift differentials are offered, along with evening and night shift differentials where applicable.

Responsibilities:
- Provides and collaborates direct patient care services under the direct supervisor of a licensed caregiver. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to personal care, activities of daily living, vital signs, intake and output, ambulation, interventions, and implementation of selected portions of the patient care plan as directed under supervisor of nurse.
- Assists, observes and reports changes in patient condition to licensed caregiver and maintains accurate medical record documentation in relation to the care delivered.
- Addresses and/or directs questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Other Completion of Block 1 in Nursing OR Medical Assistant (MA) OR Nursing Assistant (NA) OR Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) OR Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) OR 6 months of experience in the healthcare setting within the last year Required
- 6 months in acute care experience. Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification Required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Certification Preferred
- Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT) - License Emergency Medical Tech Preferred
