?? What You’ll Do
- Operate automation equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect components and finished goods using precision tools (calipers, height gauges, torque testers, etc.)
- Record inspection and testing data to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare materials and components for automated production processes
- Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and changeovers as needed
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment or product issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
? What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience operating machinery
- Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque testers, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
- Basic math skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to train and support others
- Ability to stand, walk, and work around machinery for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with automation equipment
