Gateway Learning Center is looking for a part-time Teacher's Assistant. Our Christian daycare facility at Gateway Fellowship has served the Poulsbo community for over 50 years.
Duties:
- Creating a safe, loving, and welcoming environment that continually engages children
- Being a cooperative team member, working alongside and taking direction from your lead teacher
- Actively participating in all activities with the children, including snacks, lunches, and play
Requirements
- Must pass a state and federal background check and fingerprinting.
- Must be able to obtain Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.
- Must be able to obtain a First Aide/CPR certificate.
- Must love working with children.
- Must love playing, messes and snack time.
- Must be able to walk, run, lift, and possibly hula-hoop.
- Must be available 20-25 hours per week.
