Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary:

Location: North Austin and Killeen cross-coverage required. 

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our medical team. The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients, as well as provide education and counseling to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results

- Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate

- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Nursing or related field

- Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
