About the role: Your role will involve the following tasks: We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast growing team and assist with numerous activities within the company including: Distributing properties with our partners online.Guest Communication (voice & written communication)Client Invoicing (invoicing/ coordination/ chasing/ management)Inbox ManagementAccounting updates Tracking maintenance issues Handling cancellations and submitting evidence Coordinating and communicating with cleaning team About You: We are looking for someone with the following skills: Consistency in delivering high quality work Attention to details Long term commitment Fast learner Ability to follow processesComfortable with technology Must Have: High Level of Written & Spoken EnglishMobile Phone, Laptop, Reliable Internet ConnectionPositive can-do attitudeWe want someone that is willing to step out of their comfort zone and try new things as the roles & responsibilities expand! Working Hours: 5 days a week: Wednesday/ Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday09:00 AM to 18:00PM U.K Time – (1 hour break time) Days off: Monday & Tuesday Please note that you may be required to work more than the normal working hours, and you may need to work extra days if your support colleague is off on holidays.
