As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support the Amsterdam Heritage team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. The role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data to understand e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and operational performance. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and structure large datasets (e.g., sales data, customer behavior, website analytics)Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insightsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports (using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)Assist in building predictive or descriptive models to forecast sales, customer churn, or inventory needsPresent findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formatsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to understand their data needsHelp define KPIs and metrics for growth, retention, and performanceQualificationsCurrent enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation and visualizationExcellent communication skills; able to translate data insights into business recommendationsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote settingDetail-oriented, organized, and curious
