What You Will Do
Ascension Seton is looking for a APRN or PA to join our Advacned Heart Failure/transplant/VAD team in an inpatient setting at Ascension Seton Medical Center.
- Join an established team of 11 combined physicians and APPs
- Rounding structure: weekend rotation requirement every 5-6 weeks
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Lead Comprehensive Care Delivery: Direct the treatment and long-term management of diverse health conditions, ensuring every patient receives a personalized and effective care plan.
- Empower Patients and Families: Translate medical jargon into actionable guidance, educating caregivers on treatment options and community resources to improve health literacy.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
