The Role
As a Part Time Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, driving performance, building team energy, and creating an unforgettable experience for every customer. What You’ll Do:
Lead the Floor: Spend most of your time engaging customers, coaching the team, and driving sales.
Achieve Big: Help the store exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through strategy, hustle, and teamwork.

YOUR TALENT
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail (apparel/footwear experience is a plus).
Leadership: A natural motivator who can inspire, coach, and lift others to perform their best.
