REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - West Bulgaria
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

THE JOB
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Manage and expand relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities across assigned markets and channels
- Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for HQ
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Manage and develop a regional sales network (directly or indirectly)
THE PERSON
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in regional markets
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Experience working with distributors and B2B clients
- Ability to travel frequently within the region
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach
- High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently while aligning with international HQ
