Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins is currently seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to customers
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Generate sales opportunities by developing relationships with customers by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies. As well as Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Processing necessary paperwork and closing deals
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated and independent worker who can work with minimal supervision
- Vin Solutions / Automate a plus
