RJ Logistics is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business growth and strengthen customer relationships within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional passionate about delivering customized freight solutions and achieving measurable success. This position is responsible for the full sales life cycle: prospecting, communicating, cultivating, quoting, operating, and enhancing partnerships within assigned accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new business through proactive prospecting and outreach activities.
- Manage daily customer operations, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and competitive freight quotes while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
- Exceed monthly sales and margin goals while fostering long-term client partnerships.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales. 3+ years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM and TMS systems preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Salary Description
Starting base of $60,000 (depending on experience) plus commission!
