Housing Advocate

This position requires strong skills in building connections with clients who have experienced long-term homelessness, mental health and chemical dependency challenges, and physical health issues related to trauma. The role will focus on fostering and recognizing positive behavior changes, as well as identifying challenges and barriers that may impact the client’s interdependence (rather than self-reliance). Key responsibilities include conducting ongoing needs assessments, developing and implementing personal goal plans, providing support and information, making referrals, and advocating for individuals who are clients of Roadway.
