Lyubomir Romanov  is looking for a new team member.

We are looking for a motivated Radio Network Optimization Engineer to join our mobile network team and support daily optimization activities for modern radio networks including 5G and LTE.

The role focuses on network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of radio sites in assigned regions.

Your daily routine would include:

• Monitoring radio network KPIs and analyzing performance at site and regional level.
• Performing site-level optimization to improve coverage, mobility, and throughput.
• Supporting drive test data analysis and field performance evaluation.
• Identifying and resolving coverage gaps, interference, and mobility issues.
• Assisting with LTE and 5G parameter optimization and feature tuning.
• Preparing performance reports and documenting optimization activities.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to enhance network quality and customer experience.
• Participating in troubleshooting, optimization projects, and cross-country initiatives.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of LTE and 5G mobile network technologies.
• Strong interest in radio network optimization and performance analysis.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience with drive test or network analysis tools.
• Basic knowledge of radio parameters and mobility procedures.
• Internship or academic projects related to mobile networks.
