The Role

As an Architectural Technician, you will:

• Be involved in the technical delivery of residential masterplans and housing developments, from planning through to construction
• Collaborate with project architects, consultants, and developers to ensure cohesive project coordination
• Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable technical documentation

 

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical and construction drawing packages using REVIT
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants across all design and construction stages
• Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
• Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, technical standards, and client specifications
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and local authorities as needed
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

 

Requirements

• Proven experience working on UK residential projects, ideally including developer-led housing
• Strong REVIT proficiency and experience working within BIM environments
