They are now looking for a confident and charismatic Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team and help deliver unforgettable dining experiences night after night.
This role requires proven experience managing within a premium, high-volume restaurant, ideally in Mayfair.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
- Leading front-of-house operations during busy, high-profile services
- Motivating and developing the team to deliver polished, intuitive service
- Maintaining exceptional standards across guest experience, presentation and service flow
- Supporting recruitment, training and team performance
- Working closely with senior leadership to uphold the venue’s reputation and energy
