Leasing Manager - Real Estate - International developer

KITE Search are currently representing a top tier global Real Estate organization who are particularly focused on growing their HK team. Due to the expansion and success of their existing portfolio they are now seeking a Leasing Manager to join their APAC head office team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling a full range of leasing matters of a varied portfolio in accordance with the strategies plan / rental guideline / corporate policies in an efficient and effective manner
• Handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties on matter related to leasing and/or leasing administration
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents
• Assist in budget planning and rental forecast from time to time that base on market trends
• Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate or Surveying or other related disciplines
• Holder of valid Estate Agency License
• Minimum 8 years’ leasing experience from developers or multi-national real estate agencies, preferably related to commercial properties
• Proactive, positive working attitude and able to work independently
• Possess strong business sense with market awareness
• Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
