Location: Hybrid - Dublin, Ohio (3 days) Remote (2 days)

Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced knowledge of technical concepts and principles to design and develop a variety of software projects.
- Ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements by actively participating in testing efforts and following quality standards.
- Write high-quality, performant code that adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Participate in team processes for planning, tracking work, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain extensible applications, APIs, and database models.
- Gather and refine project requirements with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in deployments and support applications after release.
- Mentor engineers on best practices, coding standards, and software development processes to improve team capabilities and overall code quality.
- Apply business and domain knowledge to develop a deeper understanding of the system and contribute to effective solutions.
- Recommend new practices, processes, and procedures to improve quality and productivity.
- Review and approve changes to application code.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Evaluate frameworks, technology, platforms, and tooling solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting software systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with ASP.NET Core
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
- Experience with relational database design and optimization
- Bachelor of Computer Science or similar degree or certification
