As a Finance Operations Specialist at Sparta, you'll coordinate payroll across six jurisdictions ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. You'll manage equity grants, maintain the equity management platform, and oversee travel and expense operations to ensure a seamless employee experience. Your responsibilities include translating compensation changes into payroll instructions, maintaining employee profiles, answering payroll questions, reconciling equity data, managing the travel platform, and producing monthly reports. You'll work with local payroll providers across Switzerland, UK, Spain, Singapore, UAE, and US, reporting to the Head of Accounting while partnering with the Senior Accountant and Finance team. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex international payroll and equity operations.
