Für unsere Hausarztpraxis in Kiedrich suchen wir zum 01.02.2026 eine **Medizinische Fachangestellte** **(m/w/d) als Erstkraft** mit Erfahrung im Praxismanagement und Abrechnungsmanagement.
## Aufgaben
Organisation und Koordination des Praxisalltags (Termine, Abläufe, Patientensteuerung)
Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patient\*innen (Telefon, E-Mail, vor Ort)
Abrechnungsmanagement: Abrechnungen/Rechnungen erstellen, prüfen, nachhalten, Rückfragen klären
Dokumentation, Korrespondenz und allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
Mitwirkung an klaren, effizienten Praxisabläufen
## Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
Erfahrung in Praxisorganisation/Praxismanagement
Erfahrung im Abrechnungsmanagement
Sicherer Umgang mit Praxissoftware/EDV
Freundlich, diskret, zuverlässig und strukturiert
