Overview
As a Service Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. Your responsibilities include conducting basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and AMS products, participating in training programs, maintaining knowledge of John Deere and competitive products, and ensuring proper condition of tools and equipment. You'll need 1+ years of service repair experience, proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ability to use Service Advisor software, and capability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and preferably an Associate degree and forklift license. You'll work in both indoor and outdoor environments at various temperatures.
