The Transfer Pricing Manager will oversee global intercompany pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations. Key responsibilities include leading documentation management for Global Master File, CbCR, and Local Files; performing monthly/quarterly reviews of legal entity margins; acting as primary contact for tax audit defense; partnering with Legal on intercompany agreements; and assisting with TP automation software implementation. The position requires 5+ years of transfer pricing experience (Big 4 preferred), strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. The role offers hybrid work arrangements with 2 days remote per week.
