Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits
- Present products and financing options to finalize transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with potential customers and manage leads effectively
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience
- Participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training for new hires
- Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- A self-motivated attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
