## Tasks

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve measurable results.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
• Create compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals that align with brand guidelines
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI)
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies

## Requirements

**Experience:**

• 4+ years of work experience in a Paid Ad role
• Experience Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising
• Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance
• Experience marketing **crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, or fintech products**
• Knowledge of **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools**
• Experience running **global marketing campaigns**
• Familiarity with **crypto ad compliance policies**
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

**Level of studies:** Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar

**Language Requirements:** Fluent in English
