About you

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Client Services Coordinator who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!

As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support to a team of brokers. From project management to marketing wizardry, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, or transaction administration task that comes your way.

In this role, you will…

• Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items.

• Provide general administrative support (e.g. organizing distribution of marketing efforts, general office maintenance, writing/editing documents for spelling, grammar, and layout).

• Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade record, and supporting paperwork.

• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.

• Create marketing flyers and update as needed to show changes in project. Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites.

• Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).

• Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparables, availabilities)

• Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses.

• Assist in the development of pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers (e.g. gather maps, surveys, other applicable research)

What you’ll bring

• 1-3  years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field.

• Experience with Adobe InDesign

• Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision.

• Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.

• Self-starter and team player with a strong attention to detail.

Area/Location Specific: Charlottesville, VA

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $28.45 to $33.65 USD per hour.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 sick days and a minimum of 15 vacation days annually.  Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off.  Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year.  Employees may also be permitted up to 4-12 weeks of paid parental leave depending on eligibility criteria. Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
