**Warehouse Operative / Logistics / Distribution Centre**

IMS BV is growing! In our a **brand‑new distribution centre** in **Venhorst, North Brabant**, we are currently recruiting **Warehouse Operatives** to support our growing logistics and supply chain operations.

## Tasks

• Picking and collecting customer orders accurately (order picking)
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment (order packing)
• Labelling and preparing goods for transport
• Restocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Unloading deliveries and handling goods receipt
• Reporting damaged or missing goods
• Operating warehouse equipment (reach truck experience is a plus)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse (housekeeping)
• Supporting basic warehouse administration and inventory control

## Requirements

• Previous experience in a **warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre**
• Experience in a **fast‑paced warehouse environment**
• Good command of **English (spoken and written)**
• Reach truck experience or certificate is an advantage
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
