At Ayvens we have an opening for an experienced Head of Talent, Performance & Recruitment.
What are you going to do?
As our new Head of Talent, Performance & Recruitment, you will be responsible for defining and driving the global strategy across talent management, performance, and recruitment for a workforce of over 14,000 employees in 42 countries, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent in alignment with business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing the global Talent, Performance & Recruitment strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Leading global recruitment, talent management, and performance processes and communities across 42 countries.
- Acting as a Global Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead, governing programs and ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Designing and implementing systems and processes, including Workday solutions, across all three domains.
- Driving the annual talent review, succession planning, and performance management cycles.
- Ensuring alignment with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Leveraging data and analytics to provide insights and continuously improve people processes.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has the strategic mindset and interpersonal skills required to lead global HR transformation initiatives, build strong relationships across diverse geographies, and translate business needs into impactful talent, performance, and recruitment strategies.
- 8+ years of experience in HR or management, preferably in a global environment
- Strong expertise in talent management, performance, and recruitment practices
- Proven experience in project management and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels across different cultures
- Sound knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices
- High level of integrity and ability to take independent, well-informed decisions
- Ability to build collaborative environments and foster teamwork
- You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English is required.
