POSITION OVERVIEW

We are searching for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations across the hotel. This is a leadership role that requires a strong operational background, a commercial mindset, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the hotel's dining culture and driving the performance of all food and beverage outlets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting
• Develop and implement F&B; strategies that drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards across all outlets
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement processes, and inventory control for all F&B; departments
• Lead the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and private dining experiences at the property

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or senior F&B; leader in a hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment
• Strong operational knowledge across multiple F&B; outlets including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and beverage service standards
• Experience with F&B; management systems, POS platforms, and inventory tools
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
