Your responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, compliance, and member experience while leading teams to exceed KPIs. You'll partner with Regional Directors to implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure clubs achieve operational excellence scores. This role requires hands-on leadership with certifications in fitness training and equipment repair to model best practices.
