About the Role :
Roles & Responsibilities -
• Manage end-to-end store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a premium shopping experience
• Implement promotional activities and drive footfall and conversions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and loss prevention norms
• Manage store expenses, rosters, attendance, and payroll coordination
Preferred Candidate Profile :
• Graduate; diploma/degree in fashion or retail management preferred
• 4–8 years of experience in women’s fashion/apparel retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills • Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling
• Target-driven with strong business acumen
• Proficient in POS systems and MS Excel
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and peak sale periods
