Hairdresser (with sales experience)

MADI international is looking for a Professional Hairdresser who will be responsible for providing professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services while delivering an exceptional client experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
• Perform haircuts, coloring, treatments, styling, straightening, and other hair services.
• Stay updated on current hair trends and styling techniques.
• Recommend and sell hair care and styling products.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sterilization of tools and workstations.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of salon experience in cutting, coloring, styling, and client consultation.
• Strong creativity, communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of hair products, trends, and salon hygiene standards.
