- To strengthen the local organization, we are looking for a **Customer Service Manager** who will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
## Aufgaben
- Act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers
- Prepare quotations and manage customer orders, forecasts, and contracts
- Coordinate logistics with warehouses and freight forwarders
- Process invoices, credit notes, and supplier documentation
- Ensure accurate documentation and archiving
- Support the sales team with customer activities and events when required
## Qualifikation
- Commercial background (Kaufmännische Ausbildung or similar)
- Strong MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage (training provided)
- Fluent in **German and English**
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and reliable
- Strong communication skills, confident on the phone
- Team‑oriented and solution‑driven
- Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus
