Istituto Marangoni and Galileo Global Education Italy are seeking a motivated and results-driven APAC Enrollment Advisor to join the team in Bangkok.
This position is offered on a fixed-term basis to provide coverage during a maternity leave period.
The primary focus of this role is to achieve sales targets set by the Istituto Marangoni - APAC Area Manager within the assigned territory.
This will include clear objectives related to student’s enrollment, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing brand visibility.
The emphasis will be on expanding direct channels through developing relationships with high schools and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Enrollment: Achieve defined sales targets by effectively engaging with prospective students and their families through both online and offline channels.
Students’ Orientation: Provide up-to-date guidance and detailed information to prospective students and their relatives in various formats, including virtual and in-person meetings, phone calls, and follow-up communications.
KPI Monitoring: Continuously track and manage sales KPIs, keeping a close eye on the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Partnership Development: Foster and build strong partnerships with universities and educational institutions, identifying new opportunities for collaboration while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
Promotion Activities: Represent Galileo Global Education Italy at fairs, events, and promotional activities, ensuring the school’s brand is well-represented and visible in relevant markets.
Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate reports on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and updates to the Line Manager regularly.
Requirements:
Nationality: Thai
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential for both written and verbal communication.
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA) is required.
CRM Experience: Prior experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: A background in the fashion or education sectors is advantageous and will be considered a plus.
