Responsibilities of the Custodian entail:

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dealership
• Repair, replace, and refurbish any damaged or broken property
• Identify and eliminate any safety violations throughout the grounds
• Remove snow and weather-related hazards as necessary
• Dispose of waste
• Manage janitorial supplies for the dealership

Requirements

The requirements for a Custodian:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• No experience required
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 100 pounds
