Assistant Food Service Manager

Assistant Food Service Managers lead, develop and motivate a team of food

service crew members in order to create a destination experience for our

guests. You implement the corporate food service program while adding their

unique skills to improve the overall go-to-market of fresh delicatessen

products in their given location. You will actively assemble, prepare, package

and merchandise self-service delicatessen products while you assist guests with

product selection and sales. Additionally, you are responsible for tracking

sales, building displays and stocking and maintaining inventories. You are

responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation

requirements and you actively participate with cleaning and sanitizing food

preparation areas, tools and equipment. You will be required to obtain a food

Requirements:

• We are open 364 days/year evenings, weekends, and holidays are some of our busiest times~ availability to work these times will be necessary

• Reaching over the head, Bending, Twisting, Pulling, Pushing Lifting 50 lbs. and standing up to 8 hours

• Providing friendly Customer Care at all times!
