Responsibilities

The Eligibility Representative is responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing, and maintaining existing and new member(s)/group enrollment information.  

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Associate's Degree preferred  Experience• 1 year of health insurance, eligibility, benefits or related experience preferred• Experience with 834 files preferred• Trizetto / QNXT software experience preferred
