We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, supporting operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and support.
• Create and validate runsheets for KCA and CCEP (Coca-Cola European Partners), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process customer transactions and support account management activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide product and operational support by responding to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service level requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in accordance with established processes and customer agreements.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records with a high level of accuracy.
• Support and provide guidance to less experienced team members when required.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within established KPIs, SLAs, and operational deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc operational activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in data entry with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
