What You’ll Do
- Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases
- Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
- Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and records
- Support audits and preparation activities
- Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes
Key Criteria
- Allied Health/Registered Nurse or Nursing graduate
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical accounts involving clerical, admin, or documentation review
- Experienced in utilizing multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Strong English communication skills; comfortable with calls and high-volume emails
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time with a full onsite work arrangement.
