What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Significant experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles
• Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business impact
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrixed global organization

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in advanced analytics techniques (e.g., ML, predictive modeling, forecasting)
• Experience designing scalable data solutions and analytics platforms
• Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, BI tools)

Leadership & Communication

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
