What You'll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. 
• Help patients improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence. 
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions. 
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and families to achieve the best outcomes. 
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company standards. 

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. 
• Current Missouri PTA license (or eligible for licensure). 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• New graduates are encouraged to apply! 

Ideal Experience

Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, geriatric therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, balance training, fall prevention, mobility training, functional independence, and patient-centered care is a plus.
