Your Role
We are seeking two Sessional Consulting Suites Receptionists to join SJGHC Geelong Consulting Suites, each working 3 days (22.5 hours) per week, with flexibility to negotiate hours with the successful candidates. Operating within a specialist medical environment, the suites primarily support private outpatient appointments.
In this role, you will be responsible for the primary representation of the Consulting Suites, delivering exceptional reception and secretarial services to ensure an efficient and timely administrative experience for Consultants, patients and all internal and external stakeholders.
The Position
General Medical Receptionist duties.
Booking Appointments.
Invoicing and Receipting of accounts.
Receive telephone calls in a friendly, professional and customer focused manner
Answer calls promptly
To maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Keep reception area, waiting room and consulting room clean and tidy.
Prepare mail for postage and pick up.
Make up surgical admission packs if required
You will have experience in a Medical Receptionist role preferably Specialists’ rooms and ability to prioritise work requirements and work within a team environment.
To succeed you will have a high level of computer proficiency, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and be able to prioritise work
requirements and work productively within a team environment.

We can offer you
Salary: $61,403 - $63,133 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
Permanent part time, upto 45hours a fornight.
