Starting Pay: From $30.00/hour, with higher pay available based on experience.
Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Steel Fabrication Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a structural steel manufacturing shop. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating production activities, supporting shop employees, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to quality expectations.
The ideal candidate has experience leading fabrication teams, understands structural steel manufacturing processes, and can effectively manage workflow in a fast-paced production environment.
