Compensation includes:
- Competitive base salary ($190,000–$225,000 depending on experience and role level)
- Performance-based litigation bonuses
- Origination incentives
- Revenue-sharing opportunities
- Attorneys with existing referral relationships, books of business, or self-generated cases are strongly encouraged to apply. Significant additional compensation is available for business development and case origination.
