KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Productivity roadmap to optimize the physical flows performance and minimize logistics costs and inventories from suppliers to customers, with the ultimate goal of improving operational and financial KPIs
- Optimize the physical flow
- Perform Genba analysis and propose innovant solutions, driving automation in internal and external flows, while improving warehouse and storage efficiency
- Ensure all supply chain activities fully support New Projects or Engineering changes.
- Support packaging management with automation/digitalization tools
- Contribute to site team efficiency to reduce supply chain department costs and support the progress of Valeo Global Standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree (BSc/MSc) in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Production Management within manufacturing environment
- Proven track record in continuous improvement projects related to the automation and digitalization of physical/material flows
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Barflow, Motives, etc.)
- Strong ability to analyze data and simplify complex problems
- Strong network mobilization skills (cross-functional alignment) and project management (milestones, risk escalation)
- Professional English proficiency
