This is the job:

• You will serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert for our overarching operating model, industry dynamics, and collaborative frameworks with our European subsidiaries, providing critical strategic counsel to a diverse array of internal stakeholders.
• As a flexible generalist comfortable in an international environment, you will work on a wide range of strategic growth and business development topics. You will analyze new markets, competitive environments, regulatory frameworks, business potential and core operational processes, deriving concrete recommendations for the organization.
• You will structure elaborate strategic issues, distribute complex information, organize projects, and drive their hands-on implementation in close collaboration with diverse functional departments across Germany and our European subsidies.
• You will craft sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analyses, presenting insights with clarity and compelling narrative for both internal subject matter experts and executive leadership, including Board-level communication.
• You may contribute to strategic M&A considerations, including market screening, target identification, and initial due diligence, aligning with our growth objectives.

This is what you bring to the table:

• You have professional experience in consulting, corporate development, strategy, business development or a startup environment and bring fluency in German and English.
• You can assess business developments from a commercial perspective. Thanks to your strong analytical mindset, you can confidently perform data analyses and substantiate recommendations for action.
• You are confident in using Excel and PowerPoint and can present content convincingly in writing, verbally and for executive communication. Additionally, you are constantly eager to invest yourself in AI developments and contribute to the team with applied AI skills. 
• With solid project management skills, you quickly set up different initiatives and keep all your stakeholders in the loop.
• Thanks to your critical and innovative mindset, you find it easy to question existing processes, identify potential for improvement and propose new solutions.
• Stakeholder management is your trademark: you bring a high degree of assertiveness and persuasiveness, while never losing empathy for your stakeholders and always cultivating positive work relationships.
