In this role you will be a Plant Manager for a client that is in the aggregate manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for leading daily aggregate and plant operations to achieve safety, production, and cost objectives.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
The pay is $98,000 to $122,000 With a 10% yearly performance based bonus. You will also have a company vehicle.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a plant manager in a construction environment
- Strong understanding of aggregates; crushing, screening, maintenance, drilling and blasting, heavy equipment operation
- Hot Mix Asphalt experience is a plus
- Must have experience with people management
- Experience with the union is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Understanding of P&L reports, budgets, purchasing, and cost management
- Must be able to help build and grow a junior staff
