To provide expert advice to superiors for Financial Reporting & Accounting and manage the reporting and accounting requirements for the general ledger; to ensure compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.Job Description

Major Accountabilities
Provide timely, proactive support on inventory accounting and reporting
Prepare analyses/reporting with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness (e.g., P&L reports)
Deliver data for internal (Financial Consolidation and Reporting System) and external reporting (statutory accounts, national statistics, tax) accurately and on time
Provide first-line support on SAP issues, including inventory and SPMR
Contribute to FRA projects at country or BU level
Report technical complaints/adverse events/special cases within 24 hours; support distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Partner with direct managers to support financial activities, decision-making, and general projects
KPIs, Experience & Skills
Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses
Customer satisfaction with service delivery and process KPIs in line with agreed SLAs
Experience in operations management and execution
Strong Excel skills and SAP knowledge
Financial accounting and financial/management reporting expertise
Critical thinking, effective communication, and ability to influence key stakeholders
Team building, people development, process optimization, and resource allocation capabilities
Understanding of value drivers; English proficiency required
