A Máquina procura um(a) Executivo(a) de Contas Pleno (Plantonista) para apoiar no monitoramento aos finais de semana, voltados para o setor de Logística e Indústria Ferroviária.
O que você fará:
- Relacionamento com o cliente, se necessário;
- Monitoramento e identificação de possíveis crises;
- Produção de conteúdo para a imprensa, se necessário (notas, press releases);
- Gerenciamento de crises no plantão.
- Não será necessário estar conectado(a) ao computador durante os finais de semana;
- O(A) profissional deverá estar disponível pelo celular para atender a eventuais demandas (como crises);
- Caso acionado(a), será necessário trabalhar durante o final de semana até que as demandas sejam resolvidas (envio de notas, posicionamentos ou acionamento de responsáveis);
- Após a resolução das demandas, o foco será apenas no monitoramento.
Experiência que contribui para o sucesso:
- Formação completa em Relações Públicas e/ou Jornalismo;
- Inglês intermediário/avançado – necessário para reuniões, apresentações, produção de reports e planejamentos;
- Experiência em clientes de Indústria/Ferroviária será um diferencial.
