Senior UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join APEX, our AI division, and bring a user perspective to the ongoing AI transformation of our company. If you have deep UX expertise and a willingness to expand your skills into areas like process intelligence, AI, or business analysis, we want you on our team. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research
• Design and prototype websites and applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, product owners, business analysts, process intelligence specialists, and UX researchers
• Present your deliverables to key stakeholders and facilitate discussions
• Mentor and educate other UX professionals and enthusiasts
• Help evolve UX practices into the age of AI

Qualifications

Required

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with complex projects
• Experience working with Figma
• Experience working with design systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX designer, product designer, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience
